My video lessons are a comprehensive training system I created to restore and maintain the health of both body and soul. The sessions are based on Pilates, yoga, and breathing techniques, which I’ve adapted for different skill levels. Each lesson focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and posture, as well as enhancing inner balance.
I graduated from Moscow University of Physical Culture and Sports, where my thesis focused on women’s obesity and proper nutrition. In addition, I have studied deep anatomy for over 10 years, forming the foundation of my career as a trainer and instructor.
By combining my knowledge from the Ballet Academy with my experience as a gymnastics instructor, I naturally found my way to Pilates, which quickly became my passion and the core of my work.
